Head of Customer Delivery - Fully Remote - up to £85,000 I am working with a data science and technology company who are making a difference with environmental sustainability They are looking for an experienced Head of Customer Delivery to lead the strategic execution of data-driven products in an innovative and collaborative environment. In this fully remote role, you will ensure the successful delivery of both legacy and next-generation SaaS products, while aligning with customer needs and company goals. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead the delivery of software products, contributing technical expertise and hands-on leadership across a diverse tech stack, including C#, .NET, Python, TypeScript, and Azure DevOps.</li><li>Set up and optimize Azure DevOps tools to improve team visibility, productivity, and Agile workflows. Delivery Manager - Berkshire/Remote - up to £85K Austin Fraser is currently supporting an award winning software house who believe in the power of technology to create positive social change. Their mission is to develop innovative software solutions that address critical challenges in society. They are now looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to come onboard and oversee the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. You will be responsible for leading an experienced team of Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Developers as well as working closely with various stakeholders across the business. Requirements:<ul><li>Previous experience working as a Delivery Manager and leading cross-functional teams. </li><li>Proven experience in software development, with a strong understanding of the development lifecycle.</li><li>Previous hands-on commercial coding experience with a focus on the Microsoft tech stack (C# &amp; .NET). </li><li>Familiarity with legacy stack is desirable. </li><li>Experience working in an Azure environment. </li><li>Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).</li><li>Strong stakeholder management experience, including executives and customers. </li></ul>Location: Berkshire, with occasional travel. Delivery Manager

They are now looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to come onboard and oversee the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. You will be responsible for leading an experienced team of Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Developers as well as working closely with various stakeholders across the business.

This role will suit someone who is confident, driven, autonomous and has excellent stakeholder management. Our client is ideally looking for someone to start in the New Year for an upcoming project and who would be able to hit the ground running from day one. Essential: <ul><li>Must have experience onboarding new participants and providing operational support to issuers, acquirers, processors, and network to network partners.</li><li>You will be responsible for actively managing risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role.
