An exciting and sought-after opportunity to join an international organisation in the Logistics sector, as their Head of Maintenance . Location: East Midlands, 4 days a week onsite. Salary: £100,000-£120,000 Key Responsibilities: Working with the Managing Director as a senior member of the company. Contribute to the strategic direction of the organisation. Oversee and deliver on the safety, quality, and compliance of the aircraft. Leading a high-performing team to achieve organisational objectives, and foster a collaborative, positive working environment. Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies and policies. Maintain the standards outlined in the Safety and Quality Policy Statement. Skills required: In depth understanding of UK CAA, EASA, and BCAA Part 145 requirements, with the ability to ensure fleet standards are met. Proven experience in leading and managing maintenance teams, with the capability to guide and motivate direct and indirect reports towards achieving organisational goals and objectives. Extensive experience and qualifications in aircraft maintenance engineering. Dedication to precision, proactive approach, and passionate about the work you do.
