Austin Fraser is working with a leading provider of laboratory monitoring equipment and services that specialises in serving Healthcare & life science organisations. They are looking for a Site Engineer who is based around Birmingham and is happy to travel to different customer sites. You should be comfortable travelling and working autonomously. In return you will benefit from a package which includes a bonus scheme, company van and All tools, laptop, mobile phone & PPE supplied.
The role:
- Installation, commissioning, and qualification testing within specified timeframes and budgets
- Emergency repairs and maintenance
- Collaboration with the team for fault diagnosis
- Project management, site surveys, and asset register maintenance
The ideal candidate:
- Previous experience as a site / field engineer
- Strong installation skills and experience
- PC literate with strong MS Office and application experience
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work well unsupervised
- Comfortable with overnight stays away from home
