Austin Fraser has an exciting opportunity for a Frontend Developer experienced with Vue.js to join a leading payment solution provider. The company is partnered with strong brands and large retail chains (Microsoft, Google, XBox, Tesco, Boots and many more) and are looking for a talented developer to join their team. This permanent position is well suited to a motivated individual with at least 2 years of experience with Javascript(ES6) and Vue.js, who is comfortable in taking responsibilities and in managing all aspects of frontend development, and is passionate about high quality code.

The role:
- Evolve the existing platform and work on new greenfield projects.
- Develop new user-facing features
- Build reusable code and libraries
- Enhance applications for maximum speed and performance
- Work in collaboration with other team members and stakeholders
- Improve performance issues and take the initiative to make suggestions for improvements.
- Keep mobile and web applications up to date.
The requirements:
- 2+ years of experience working with Javascript (ES6) and Vue.js
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, SASS
- Experience using REST or GraphQL
- Familiar with frontend build tools such as Webpack and Gulp
- Passion and commitment for writing high quality code and following best practices
