Technical Pre - Sales Engineer - £60K + Bonus
Austin Fraser are excited to be partnered with a market leader in Data monitoring and analytics who continue to grow and excel in their market space despite the global pandemic.
As a Pre sales engineer within this business, you will sit in the sales product product team. The majority of the work for this role will be within the core business areas.
As a pre sales engineer you will join a team of 3 with the opportunity to own the EMEA region and build up and maintain existing client bases.
The information provided by your work will play a critical role in supporting the clients' customers from a technical perspective.
In this role you will;
Assist with technical RFIs and RFPs
Support all aspects of sales/marketing by contributing to webinars and creating content virtually for end clients/prospects
Take ownership of the handover process and ensure a smooth transition from pre to post deal sales
Take ownership of the EMEA
What do we need from you?
You will have a technical background with the ability to understand Linux and / or subscription software experience
Demonstrable experience of software pre-sales into IT departments
Previous experience of building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Excellent communication with leadership teams, customers and supporting team members
