Technical Customer Consultant (On-boarding)

Due to increased demand & this company's organic growth, the need for a new pre-sales consultant to support the smooth transition from prospect to customer is required! They are an innovative SaaS organisation disrupting their sector with futuristic & cutting edge ideas improving efficiencies at every stage of the process.

As a Pre-Sales Consultant you will;

  • Be the POC & liaison to your assigned customers
  • Communicate through-out the business with Engineers, Sales teams & customers
  • Run simple SQL Scripts & SSRS Reports
  • Work closely with DevOps (Azure) to ensure smooth deployments for your customers
  • On occasion, travel to customer site to ensure complete understanding seamless on-boarding

You will be a self-starter, someone who understands the technical demands of the job & wants to continually improve processes to consistently deliver a first class customer experience.

If you have SQL scripting knowledge, exposure to cloud-hosted environments ideally all within a MS SaaS capacity, then we should definitely talk!
