Technical Architect, Reading (Remote Options) £75,000 - £85,000

Are you experienced within cloud Infrastructure or Networking and looking for an integral, autonomous role within a small company with a start-up feel?

This organisation is a leading provider of Internet of Things security with offices in the UK and US. They value diversity and the team is made up of passionate and talented individuals who collaborate in order to share ideas.

The focus of this role would be to work with the customer team to deliver post-sales deployment services for their key product. This will include triaging and troubleshooting support issues, and providing general support for customers.

What to expect from the role:

  • Working with the customer success manager to ensure they are architecting and deploying the solution correctly, that works best for the customer
  • Helping the business understand what they need from the product, this will include creating diagrams, writing up ideas and presenting to the customer
  • Working with the customer (with the wider team) to install and troubleshoot the product if needed
  • Some customer interaction - however you will be supported by the customer success team

You will need a technical understanding of:

  • Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon AWS
  • Networking knowledge (e.g deploying web services)
  • Troubleshooting
