Engineering Manager .NET (London based)

Overview

Software Engineering Manager - Hybrid - up to £120,000

My client are a growing Fintech company based in London. It's an award-winning organisation providing financial solutions to large enterprises.

The client is looking for an Engineering Manager with 2+ years of experience to come onboard and lead a team of 6. You will be dealing with improving coaching and development plans for the team, establish strong relationships between different departments, creating strategic plans for the wider objectives of the business. You will be involved in stakeholder management, enhancing company culture, leading recruitment and reporting to the Head of Engineering.

Key requirements:

• 2-3+ Years experience managing software teams of 5 people
• Technical background with .NET
• Energetic, highly-motivated and KPI driven person

Nice to have:

• ReactJS
• AWS
• Salesforce
• Software Engineering degree
