Service Desk Engineer - High Wycombe
Austin Fraser are looking for an enthusiastic Service Desk Engineer to join our MSP client based in High Wycombe - the role offers remote working but you will need to visit the office on occasion.
The Service Desk provides technical support to clients (1st/2nd line) so in addition to providing users outstanding customer service, you will also have good technical skills and be able to trouble shoot and fault find to provide a solution.
Ideally you'll have MSP experience or be familiar in working within a busy, agile environment. Our client are going through a period of growth due to increasing their customer base so it's a great time to be joining a young, exciting, ambitious business where there's plenty of scope to progress both your technical skills and career.
