IT Transition Manager
Luton - x1 day in the office per month
£60,000 + 10-20% bonus

This role would give you the opportunity to make a real impact ensuring various business processes truly interface and interact across the organisation on a global scale. You will have the chance to work closely with senior stakeholders and agile delivery teams from the requirements through to release on this business's core customer facing and data led platforms.
What you can expect to get involved in…
- Service Design and Transition across various IT programmes within the business
- Lead engagement with Service Management, IT Change, Agile Development functions
- Ensure requirements are captured and defined for all new / changed IT features and services, (capacity, quality, cost, monitoring, security and reporting)
- Identifying and coordinating various team resources required
What they would ideally like to see from you…
- Service / Transition experience of some variety for at least a couple of years
- Understanding of software development and agile methodologies (you don't need to be an expert but an appreciation of!)
- Adaptable and passionate
- ITIL concepts understanding (qualification would be a bonus)
- Detail oriented (the role is quite data focussed!)
They are looking for someone confident and adaptable who will be able to come in and hit the ground running, working with other Service Design Managers across their data, customer, digital and commercial platforms.
