Senior Support Engineer - High Wycombe - Flexible Working
£30 - £35k DOE
Austin Fraser are working with a successful Microsoft Partner who, due to growth, are looking for a Senior Support Engineer (2nd/3rd Line) to join their customer support team.
The Senior Support Engineer will be dealing with escalations from the Service Desk and be tasked with providing technical fixes and showcasing your troubleshooting skills to ensure that escalations are resolved in a timely fashion for customers.
Given the nature of the role, it's desirable for candidates to be familiar with working within an MSP environment as well as having experience in the following:
- Windows Server Admin
- VMware/Hyper V support
- Active Directory/Group Policy
- Azure Administration experience
- Window OS
- Indepth O365 admin, in particular - Onedrive, Teams, Exchange
- Indepth O365 Security admin - Endpoint, Identity Access, Conditional Access
- General Network Support - LAN, WAN, DHCP, DNS
Microsoft Certifications are a bonus.
The role can be home based but you will need to commit to occasional travel to High Wycombe (once a week or so) so please consider this if you're not local.
