Senior Java Engineer | £70,000-£80,000 | London

Austin Fraser are working with a premium brand who are aggressively hiring and growing in this current market. Currently operating in 38 locations within 17 countries!

This client are now looking for a Senior Software Engineer whose aim will be to create global technology products that will provide their customers with the best experience. They want someone who has a passion for technology & people and has deep technical expertise across a range of technologise who is happy to be hands on!

Senior Java Engineer Requirements:

  • 3+ years of programming experience with Java & JavaScript
  • 2+ years experience contributing to architecture & design
  • 8+ years of software development experience
  • Experience of working a product from initial concept to test product to implementation of the product
  • Experience having developed cloud software services
  • Experience with programming languages such as; java, JS, C/C++, Objective C, Python and also open source tech such as; Linux, SQLite, Spring, Hibernate, OpenGL
  • Degree/Masters in Computer Science or equivalent of education/work experience
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Highly flexible thinker and enjoys working in rapidly changing environment
