Overview

Senior Java Developer - Oxford - £80K

Are you a Java Developer wanting to work in an innovative high growth FinTech company?

Austin Fraser is representing a leading fin tech business who have, for the past 4 years, excelled and doubled in head count.

The company is not strictly a start up but is definitely in a high growth stage. What this means is that there are multiple opportunities to progress whilst working with cutting edge technologies.

As an engineering business, they work in a cross functional way with development pods where there are specialists within web, mobile and back end engineering. They operate in a scrum / Kanban way and almost all of the work is greenfield.

This coupled with the fact that they are a Sunday Times Top 100 companies to work for, means this is a great opportunity to join an amazing culture.

The experience we are looking for is;

- Java

-Spring

- Git and GitHub

- Full CI/CD Pipeline

- AWS, Docker and Kubernetes

My client appreciates the fact that not everyone would have worked with all of these technologies so applications welcome from candidates with a different technical background who have a willingness to adapt.

The company offers flex hours and can be remote based however the expectation is one or two days in the office once everything goes back to normal.

  • Competitive salary
  • Bonus
  • Equity Share
  • Pension Contributions
  • Private Healthcare
  • Employee Welfare Team
