They are presently on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven Experienced Business Analyst to become part of their growing team. Your role will involve a strong technical proficiency in software applications and operations.

In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders, playing a pivotal role in project initiatives aimed at meeting customer needs. Your main responsibility will involve understanding user requirements, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring efficient project execution that aligns with corporate strategies, standards, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities of the Role:

Facilitate smooth collaboration between agile delivery teams and core client business functions. Develop a deep understanding of the client's organizational structure and manage business requirements within your designated area. Lead the organization of workshops, meetings, and interviews involving stakeholders to capture business and technical prerequisites. Translate requirements into structured formats such as use cases, functional specifications, and interface designs. Create product roadmaps, prioritizing requirements while highlighting associated risks and dependencies. Offer consistent customer support throughout the product lifecycles.

Candidate Requirements:

Expertise in analytical techniques and methodologies used to define business challenges. Proven experience in effectively capturing and managing requirements. Skillful in employing persuasive techniques and negotiation strategies. Strong understanding of IT technologies and their implications. Effective communication across various departments, including senior management, operations, and clients.
