Austin Fraser is working with a financial company based in Thames Valley while they search for a Salesforce Administrator.
For this role, we are looking for individuals to have worked with Salesforce as a CRM and ideally be certified within this remit.
Within this role, you'll give day-to-day end-user support for Salesforce. You'll also be expected to add applications, including system configuration, complex formulas, maintenance and improvement of their CRM platform.
You'll work closely with the Team Lead to help internal customers on efficient and accurate usage of data
- Establish and implement best practices (system maintenance, security, improvements, data integrity, duplicates, backups)
- Manage multiple areas such as reports, Dashboards, forms etc
- Manage third party apps including DS and Leaptree
