Deliver our existing sales training programme to enable understanding and practice of the recruitment essentials.
Deliver 1 to 1 performance coaching in order to define and grow the skills of our junior-mid level sales population.
Keep our L&D offering running smoothly by owning all coordination tasks using existing L&D processes.
Keep things fresh and fit for purpose by supporting the development of existing L&D programmes.
Support the evaluation of L&D programmes to help us continuously improve and demonstrate our impact.
Own your stakeholder relationships and maintain regular contact with those you provide a service to.
Stay on your a-game by owning your own personal development. This includes up-skilling yourself on L&D best practice and sales strategies that support you to deliver industry leading training and coaching.
Be a culture advocate by role modelling Austin Fraser, Austin Vita behaviours whilst championing team L&D, People & Culture and our overall company vision, mission, values and purpose.
This role is a fixed term contract of 9 months.
