I am currently supporting a successful disruptor within the travel industry who are looking to make upgrading your seats affordable and exceptionally fast. This company has secured 1.2 million in crowd funding and has an app rating of 4.8/5. With an all-inclusive culture, the company strives to support its talented employees. Due to an increase in projects and having a user baser of 350,000, they are now looking to add to their already successful development team. They are looking to onboard a Product Manager who will play a pivotal role in owning and optimising our core product metrics and growth. Responsibilities:

  • Enhancing the businesses' onboarding funnels
  • Building habit loops between our different products and features.
  • Building a best in class referral programme for the business.
  • Carrying out cohort analysis.
  • Creating an optimal product communications (in app, push, sms & email) strategy.
  • Carrying out practices to test new features and improve existing ones.

The individual:

  • At least 2 years commercial experience in a Product Manager role.
  • You will ideally be data driven, with a clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics and statistics.
  • A strong understanding of growth marketing methodologies.
  • You will be ideally from a developers background and be familiar with programming knowledge.
  • Have a confident understanding users' behaviour.
