HealthTech Project Manager - Up to £60k - Hybrid (travelling around midlands) + Bonus

The company:

A well established healthcare software company where the structure of the organisation is clinically driven. The company works with various NHS trusts and is rapidly growing. They are looking for a project manager to join their team to support mobile and desktop applications.

This role is largely based in the midlands and will require travelling 2 or 3 days a week to various customer sites.

About you:

You will be owning multiple delivery projects, being the contact point between the customer project manager and the project point of escalation. You will be setting out clear acceptance criteria, and ensure project plans are in place and up to date at all times following MSP methodology. You will be following company processes, and taking an active role in process improvement. You will be seeking continuous improvement and travelling to customer sites in the U.K to provide support.

Essential Skills:

  • Hold a full UK driving licence and able to travel around midlands
  • Project management, PRINCE2 qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to adapt guidance and support based on business needs
  • Quick to learn new technologies

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in IT Healthcare Project Management (e.g. PM in the NHS, PM in primary or secondary care)
