Programme Manager/ Technology Manager - Luton - Up to £85k - Hybrid (In office 1 day a week)
This role is a hybrid position - you will be expected to go into the Luton office once a week.
About the Company:
A large and established company is looking for a Finance Technology Manager with Programme Management experience in the finance space, to manage an enterprise level finance systems solutions.
You will conduct one-to-one meetings with team members to track and develop their progress, identifying conflicts and dependencies between teams, and seeking resolutions. You will communicate to other business functions and stakeholders and deliver technical solutions though initiating, designing, building, testing, releasing and supporting. You will be supporting business systems and be responsible for project delivery and releases to the agreed schedule. You will have a good understanding of finance systems and how it works, being able to communicate to finance experts such as an accountant.
- Experience in a Project/ Program Manager Function
- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments
- Experience working with Finance products/ finance industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
