Product Owner - Hybrid - £45,000-£55,000 - Wallingford
My client is an SME company that offers Leisure Management Software to their customers across the UK and Ireland. They are over 40 years old and are thriving with over 700 customers to date.
They are looking to expand their team and bring in a product owner asap! You will come in and work alongside a team of 4 other product owners on various projects.
Must Have:
- Experience in a similar role with a track record of successfully implementing software or web development projects
- Past Experience in project delivery
- The ability to build cross-functional collaboration with development, design, marketing, sales, and other department
- An analytical mind that can work in a fast-paced environment
- Be a true owner of your product
- Natural communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to lead a team
- Experience of managing multi-functional project teams
- A strong understanding of the software development life cycle models and experience in Agile methodologies
- Flexibility to understand that business priorities change and able to adapt and move quickly to cater to this
Bonuses if you have:
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) Scrum Alliance
Any experience of project with a heavy UI / UX design component is a distinct advantage.
