DevOps Engineer - Remote - up to £70,000

The role is once a week in their office in Oxfordshire.

My client is a Software Development house. They work alongside public authorities and take responsibility for their IT infrastructure.

The client is looking for a Senior DevOps / Platform specialist with solid experience to come onboard and work in a new team. You will be dealing with building a brand new platform. You are expected to become a subject matter expert when that platform goes live. The selected candidate will be dealing with backups, monitoring, alerting, system maintenance and support.

Key requirements:

• VMWare
• Linux (RedHat / CentOS)
• Ansible

Desirable:

• Kubernetes
• OpenStack
• JIRA
