Video conferencing has taken off in a big way over the last year or so and looks set to stay.
Our client design, develop and deploy their own proprietary technology. Offering entire cloud-based tech means they can be flexible when needed and offer agile working within the conferencing sphere. Their set-up means they are a step ahead of their competition and can offer a service no other provider can.
Offering bespoke client conferencing solutions to businesses, offices and departments. Their certain set of tools means they can have their own private instance deployed in the cloud with smart integration's and custom features. This in turn supports secure one-to-one, and one to many interactions anywhere and anytime!
As the lead developer you will work on projects in a hands on manner looking at the ongoing development of their core media management systems, their telephony layer and also constantly looking at ways to improve the user experience. You will also be an integral part of the team and will be expected to mentor and coach the more junior developers, this however is not a hands off manager role.
The responsibilities of the role include;
- 5+ years PHP experience - Laravel or Symfony
- An introduction to Python
- MySQL experience
- CI/CD pipelines
- Telephony domain experience
- Experience in Linus, Apache and Restful APIs
- Experience of Agile Scrum/ Kanban
- Experience of building software in a microservices architecture
