We are looking for a Lead Full Desk Recruiter to join our Austin team. In this role you will play a significant part in the continued growth of the team, supporting, mentoring and coaching others, whilst leading from the front with new business development and continuing to land and expand existing accounts in our Austin Fraser Technology brand.

This is a unique, entrepreneurial sales role that allows you to own a specialised market within the Technology industry, and manage both the client and candidate side of recruitment.

We are looking for someone that is passionate about developing meaningful relationships, wants the opportunity to progress at pace, build something amazing, whilst paving the way for others.
