Product Manager [Leadership Role] London/Hybrid Up to £110K

The company:

This is a super competitive role - so we can't say too much. Our client is a fintech firm based in central London (is some pretty swanky state of the art offices - think gym/personal trainers/the BEST coffee/ office Bar and Annual incentive trips).

The role:

As Product Manager You'll be managing a team, including actively coaching members of the team of product managers, process engineers and working closely with design leads. Your leadership style will be hands on, and your experience should back this up.

Key Responsibilities:

True leadership of your 'tribe' of high functioning team of product managers, interns and process engineers

Defining oqr's as complete strategical piece

Coaching and managing in all aspects

Key skills & Experience:

Head of Product experience 8+ years in a similar role

Creating and implementing coaching strategy

Great problem solver

Fintech / Banking experience


Great problem solver

Great communication, ability to work well with a range of people and a personality type that doesn't sweat the small stuff.

Mindset of not sweating the small stuff and ability to create movement.
