Senior Java Developer - Reading - 1 day a week in office

Are you a Java Developer wanting to work with the latest tech in a partnership with one of the world's biggest brands?

Austin Fraser is representing an Reading based SME business who are in the digital preservation and data space. They are moving to Kubernetes in AWS and google cloud whilst reworking their architecture ready to scale up. As a senior/principal engineer you will have the chance to progress long term as succession planning is key to this organisation.

Following the pandemic they are offering the successful candidates 2 days in the office and 3 days remote a week but are fully remote for the foreseeable future.

This company is all about encouraging everyone to learn and develop with themselves. They grow year on year and show no signs of slowing down. As a company that is making real positive changes in the software world and these projects are offering interesting work within greenfield development with some great advanced tech.

The key attributes and experience we are looking for is;

- Strong Java Development skills

- Spring

- Microservices

- No SQL, Elasticsearch, MongoDB,Solr

- Docker

-Apache Kafka, RabbitMq
