Lead Integration Engineer | £80,000 - £130,000 | London

Austin Fraser are working with a rapidly growing client that provide solutions for regulated firms with an AI-powered SaaS platform that is both innovative and unique. This platform allows companies to collaborate on governance, risk and compliance documents smarter, faster and more efficiently.

This client are looking for an experienced engineer to help build out their Integration Team. Your goal will be to establish a team of engineers and create product integrations in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Technical and communication skills are essential to succeed and bring their integration capabilities to the next level.

Lead Integration Engineer

  • Strong knowledge of Java / Kotlin and Spring (Spring Boot stack)

  • Knowledge of basic data structures and understanding of basic algorithms

  • Experience with relational databases (in particular PostgreSQL)

  • Experience with FTS-solutions (in particular Elasticsearch)

  • Great communication skills

  • Experience leading a team

  • Experience in writing technical documentation and scoping

Nice to have

  • Experience in developing web-applications

  • Understanding micro-service architecture

  • Experience in Unix-like systems

  • Knowledge of Python

  • Good sense of humour
