Our client is a market leading HR & Personnel business that has developed a platform that helps thousands of companies bring out the best in people. They look to combine technology and psychology with data to transform businesses from the bottom up. They believe in unlocking and unleashing the potential of every individual, but also every team and every organisation.

They are looking for a senior lead developer, and the word lead is vital here. You must have lead a team or a project through the entire cycle. You must be passionate about motivating, mentoring and hitting deadlines. Even though this is a hands on role, you will be expected to lead meetings and support colleagues when they are looking for help. You must be accountable for your actions and responsibilities but also able to lead by example.

From a tech point of view, they are looking for an Engineer, so a Computer Science degree (or similar) is essential. You must have 2 or 3 years experience with React and 5+ years commercial Front End experience.
