What You'll be Doing:

βœ… Own a 180 desk: You'll own the Candidate side of the Staffing process including sourcing, qualifying, and placing great IT Infrastructure talent on Contract positions

βœ… Serve as a mentor and member of a high-performing team of fellow contracts Recruiters and Account Managers who will inspire, motivate, and collaborate with you

βœ… Be proactive in your approach to sourcing

βœ… Build and nurture meaningful relationships with IT Infrastructure Candidates seeking contract work

βœ… Be the eyes and ears of the market, identifying key trends in Tech Contracts employment

βœ… Share your knowledge and expertise with the team

βœ… Promote and attend networking events and opportunities prevalent in the IT community

βœ… Represent the Austin Fraser tech brand by networking with key players in the Austin tech community
