IT Support Engineer - Aylesbury - Flexible Working
£23 - £27k DOE
Austin Fraser are working with a successful Microsoft Partner who, due to growth, are looking for an IT Support Engineer (1st/2nd Line) to join their customer support team.
The IT Support Engineer will be working with customers to understand their technical issues and provide technical fixes where possible in a timely and professional manner.
Given the nature of the role, it's desirable for candidates to be familiar with working within an MSP environment as well as having experience in the following:
- Windows 10 Support
- Active Directory/Group Policy
- Azure Administration experience
- O365 admin
- General Network Support - LAN, WAN, DHCP, DNS
- Citrix or Windows Virtual Desktop experience is a bonus
My client offer flexible working and are happy for people to be primarily based from home though it's expected that you will be willing and able to visit customer sites on occasion when required.
