About the Company:

We are working with a FinTech company that has created a software which aims to make banking transactions safer.

About the Role:

You will be providing leadership and guidance to the engineering team of 5-8 developers, managing the development and delivery of services. You will be able to translate the goals and needs of clients into practical terms for the engineering team. You will be mentoring team members, aiding them with professional development, and making sure your team is highly engaged in an Agile/ DevOps environment. You will be partaking in decision making processes and work across teams to grow relationships and client accounts. You will be reporting to the CTO and Head of TBO.

About you:

  • Delivery Manager/ Engineering Lead/ Technical or Solutions Architect background is HUGELY beneficial
  • Experience leading delivery teams of over 5+ people
  • Passionate about managing and developing people
  • Experience working in a B2B environment- good understanding of supplier-client relationships
  • Understanding of delivery methodologies including Agile
  • FLEXIBILITY- ability to tailor solutions and approaches depending on who you are working with
