About the Company:

About you:

You will be an integral part of the customer operations team, providing inspirational leadership to define and deliver the operational strategy. You will be managing and coaching a team of specialists to ensure targets are met through KPI monitoring and providing feedback, as well as delegating tasks to team members. You will be keeping up with other departments in the organisation, communicating information to the rest of your team, as well as oversee customer training and deployment services.

Key Skills:

  • Significant experience in a similar role (technology led business)
  • Experience leading customer facing teams
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excited by emerging technologies
  • Capable of visioning future solutions
  • Willingness to get involved in day to day operations
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership and change management skills
  • Ability to plan and organise a sizable workload
