Customer Integration Specialist - London - Permanent - £45,000- £70,000

A fantastic role in London for a customer integration specialist. My client works with organisations all around the world providing management services, learning and assessment solutions.

You will be responsible for managing and developing the process for clients whilst balancing existing and establishing new relationships.

Requirements:

  • Client focussed
  • Client requirement gathering
  • Working through client issues, troubleshooting and bug fixing
  • Error code reporting
  • Configuration of the software
  • On-boarding of new clients
  • Owning the projects with clients from requirement gathering to implementation.

Working closely with a small leadership team, you will be responsible for gathering data, configuration of software and the onboarding of clients.
