Customer Deployment Engineer (£50 to £60k, depending on experience) with benefits (Unlimited Holiday)

Are you looking for an opportunity to manage the customer operations team at a funded start-up business in the world of data?

About the Company:

An exciting start-up organisation offering and developing a range of solutions for data protection.

About you:

You will be performing installations, configuring and documenting each deployment and assisting/ resolving issues by working with the software and engineering teams as well as the IT teams of the organisations customers. You will be training the customers technical and operational staff and contribute to the technical optimisation of the platform's functionality. You will be diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues and work with all internal teams including product management, sales and professional services.

Tech Stack (essential):

  • Knowledge and experience using Python/ Bash
  • Commercial experience using LXC/ Docker
  • Commercial experience with Java and Node based applications
  • Experience using Linux
  • Experience with Terraform and Ansible

Soft Skills:

  • Analytical, self-driven and innovative
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Fast learner and excited by new challenges and technologies

Please note that this role will require you to travel across various customer locations in the UK.
