The purpose of the Communication Partner is to be the value guardian and ensure to engage with our people on an emotional and factual level with effective messaging in order to achieve our business goals.
You'll establish and develop a comms strategy to support our exec team in delivering complex business messages in a simple way, support our global teams make meaningful connections, and future proof our fast paced brands through effective comms and engagement activations.
What You Will Do?
■ BE STRATEGIC: Work with the executive team and senior leaders to understand the need and support in designing business communication including announcements, briefings, business cascade messages and All Hands broadcasts.
■ TRANSFORM: Develop and deliver strategic internal communications campaigns to make sure business initiatives and transformation projects are successfully communicated to everyone effectively.
■ SUPPORT employee communication and introduce new approaches to improve engagement in order to establish Austin Fraser as an employer of choice.
■ EXECUTE: Plan, edit, write and deliver content for a variety of internal and some external communications mediums, such as our internal communication platform, presentations, internal video content, email communication, our talent brand and social media presence.
■ ALIGN: Ensure internal communications messages are consistent and on brand across all mediums and for different departments of the organisation
■ INNOVATE: Researching and developing new channels and creative ideas and trends within the industry to help involve and engage our people in where the business is headed.

What We Are Looking For?
■ Excellent writing and proofreading skills - with the ability to turn complex messages into clear, consistent communications, personal to different audiences - with a little charm and wit thrown in for good measure
■ Experience and high levels of comfort in public speaking, as you are likely to be called on to give presentations to teams.
■ The experience to relay the organisation's goals and values to employees and externally in an engaging way
■ Relationship-building skills, the confidence to support and challenge senior leaders and encourage effective communication techniques with them.
■ Proven track record for creativity and innovation to devise effective communication strategies for our growing millennial workforce
■ Familiarity with design software including final cut pro, Adobe Illustrator and photoshop
