Business Analyst - London (Hybrid Working) - £50-60K

Due to an influx of exciting projects they are currently looking to grow the tech team by bringing onboard a Business Analyst. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the business in the production of business cases that quantify potential business benefits.

The Individual:

  • At least 4+ years experience working as a Business Analyst using project delivery methodologies including Agile/Scrum.
  • Proven experience of defining business analysis deliverables, enhancing departmental processes and standards.
  • Excellent experience providing business analysis through all stages of the project lifecycle.
  • Strong experience working on large scale projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members to collect, analyze, and evaluate information from multiple sources including
  • Ensure business processes are running in accordance with Agile methodologies
  • Conduct business analysis and research to identify key metrics and opportunities for improvement
  • Establish and maintain relationships with the business and suppliers.
  • Support product/service/vendor selection processes.
  • Document and analysis business processes, identifying new solutions and approaches when necessary.
  • Support and improve the development of Business Analysis and wider IT best practice.
