Application Support Engineer (Oxford)

Overview

Application Support Engineer- Oxford - Hybrid -up to £40,000

Austin Fraser are looking for a 2nd/3rd line Support Engineer to join a growing software house. The Support Engineer will be supporting a major client of the business by providing helpdesk support and working on a range of Windows Tech. You will take responsibility for the office IT, updates and maintenance of the computers.

Key experience:

- Linux (Debian)

- VMware / AWS

- Client-facing

- Local Network Support (DHCP/TCP IP)

Nice to have:

- Knowledge about DevOps tools (Kubernetes)

- JIRA
