Application Support Analyst - Up to £33,000- Fully Remote & Flexible working

About the Company:

A leading organisation providing digital solutions to housing providers around the UK.

About the Role:

You will be supporting customers with their software platform including reporting, prioritising and analysing issues, through to providing solutions. You will be resolving incidents within the defined SLA's, offering exceptional customer service through the phone.

Key Skills:

  • Experience of SQL (basic knowledge is fine)
  • 1st/ 2nd line support experience
  • Experience with Service Desk Management software
  • Experience in Infrastructure and Networking (Domain + DMZ)
  • Experience working in a support role within the finance space would be very beneficial!
