2nd/3rd line Support Engineer (Oxford)

Overview

2nd/3rd line engineer - Oxford - Hybrid -up to £45,000

Austin Fraser are looking for a 2nd/3rd line Support Engineer to join a growing IT services business. The Support Engineer will be supporting the clients of the business by providing helpdesk support and working on a range of Windows Tech. You will take responsibility for the office IT, updates and maintenance of the computers.

Key experience:

- Windows servers
- Active Directory
- MS Azure / M365 / MS Intune
- Local Network Support (VLAN/VPN/VOIP/Firewalls/Subnetting/DHCP/TCP IP)
- Microsoft HyperV

Nice to have:

- VMWare
- Sophos / Defender security products
