2nd Line Support Engineer - London
£30 - £35k DOE
Austin Fraser are working with a growing MSP who are looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to support one of their established clients across a number of sites in London.
The 2nd Line Support Engineer will spend most of their time on site with this particular client within the hospitality sector through their various locations across London and providing remote support when not required to be on site. Day to day you will be troubleshooting, fault finding and resolving end user issues whilst providing outstanding customer service and exceptional time management.

To be a great fit for the position, candidates should have the following experience:
- 5+ Years IT Support (up to and including 2nd Line)
- Managed Services experience (desirable)
- IT Support in a Hosptality/Retail environment (desirable)
- Windows 10
- Office 365 (Exchange, Intune, Onedrive, MDM)
- EPOS Systems
- Network/Firewall experience
- Experience of Field Engineer/Support would be desirable due supporting various sites
