2nd Line Support Engineer - Up to £27,600 + Shift Allowance, Company Bonus, Flexible Working

About the Company:

About the Role:

You will be monitoring the service desk tickets and aid installation, configuration and deployment of hardware and software across the business. You will be providing technical support, identifying trends and performing root cause analysis to prevent repeating issues.

Key Technical Skills:

  • Experience working in a service desk/ support role and working with a call logging system and remote support tools
  • Knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft SCCM, PC Hardware, networking and routing, iOS, Group Policies
  • ITIL understanding
