2nd line engineer

2nd line engineer - Manchester/Leeds/Liverpool - up to £30,000

Austin Fraser are looking for a 2nd line Support Engineer to join a growing IT services business. The 2nd Line Engineer will be supporting a key client for the business and you will be based on site in the clients offices, supporting on a range of Windows Tech. You will take responsibility for the office IT, updates and maintenance of the computers.

The role is 5 days on-site.

Key experience:
- Windows 10 (Server work 2012/2019)
- Active Directory
- O365 (Teams, Exchange, Intune)
- Desktop hardware and server support
- Local Network Support (DNS/DCHP/TCP IP)

Nice to have:
- SCCM
- MDM software
- Sophos Antivirus
- Acserve data protection system
