Senior Frontend Developer

Location: Remote/United Kingdom
Salary: £60,000-£75,000


An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-paced Digital Agency as a Senior Frontend Developer. This is a great role for someone with advanced skills in Javascript, Tailwind, Vue.JS and CSS/HTML and web accessibility. You’ll be playing a key role in designing scalable, efficient, and robust front-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and delivery of complex frontend projects, ensuring timely and high-quality results.

  • Write clean, maintainable, and accessible frontend code (AAA standards) using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.

  • Collaborate with design and backend teams to implement user-centric, responsive, and accessible solutions.

  • Take ownership of front-end projects, from concept through to deployment, ensuring the highest quality code and user experience.

  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively, meeting deadlines and managing client expectations.

  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers, ensuring best practices are followed across the team.

  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in frontend development and web accessibility.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in software development, with a focus on frontend technologies.

  • Proven experience in a Digital Agency environment or similar fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.

  • Expertise in writing accessible frontend code that meets AAA standards.

  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, Tailwind, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js or similar).

  • Demonstrable ability to manage and lead projects, taking full ownership of their delivery.

  • Excellent time management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and to specification.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
