Overview

Senior Zoho Engineer/Zoho Architect

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Zoho Architect or a Senior to join a rapidly growing team dedicated to optimising business processes through innovative Zoho solutions. If you have a strong background in Zoho development and a passion for implementing automation and analytical reporting, we want to hear from you!

Location: London, Hybrid
Salary: £60,000-£80,000 (DOE)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement end-to-end technical architectures to meet business objectives and enhance system performance.

  • Develop and automate workflows using code and native Zoho tools for both short- and long-term projects.

  • Collaborate with senior management to drive automation and efficiency improvements.

  • Analyse user experiences and recommend enhancements for workflows and automation.

  • Review product requirements and implement fixes or enhancements to existing functionalities.

  • Manage integrations with external applications and oversee API calls.

  • Create detailed reports using Zoho Analytics and ensure thorough documentation of technical solutions.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • 3-6 years of back-end development experience (full-stack experience is a plus).

  • Proficient in the full suite of Zoho One products, including CRM, Creator, Flow, and Analytics.

  • Experience with Zoho integrations, including telephony and messaging platforms.

  • Strong coding skills, particularly in Deluge and SQL, with familiarity in Agile methodologies.

  • Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub.

  • Front-end development experience using JavaScript frameworks such as React and/or Angular.

  • Excellent documentation skills, including technical design documentation (ERDs, DFDs, process flow diagrams).

Bonus Skills (Highly Desirable):

  • Experience in a professional services environment.

  • Familiarity with workflow automation logic and managing API calls.

  • Previous work in small, dynamic, and agile teams.
