Overview

Senior Digital Project Manager 

A fantastic opportunity to work with one of our growing Digital Agencies as a Senior Project Manager. 
Location: London based - 4 days on site 
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 depending on experience
Role description: 
  • Successfully execute numerous intricate digital projects within established timelines and budget constraints, starting from initial specifications and progressing through delivery to ongoing support.
  • Accurately handle and skillfully manage large budgets.
  • Utilize methodologies such as Agile, SCRUM, and Prince 2.
  • Confidently engage with C-suite stakeholders and technical personnel on the client side.
  • Lead and oversee a substantial team of developers across multiple time zones, ensuring the successful delivery of projects to clients.
  • Foster creativity within the team, proactively addressing challenges, anticipating potential obstacles, proposing enhanced working methods, and suggesting improvements to enhance clients' experiences.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects or work streams concurrently.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers to ensure the seamless and efficient execution of projects.
  • Represent the client well to maintain and enhance relationships between clients and the organization.
Skills / Qualifications required: 
  • Experience working in a similar role within a Digital Agency with CMS experience is a MUST have. 
  • Experience working with CMS Technology such as optimizely, sitecore or umbraco.
  • The ideal candidate will hold a Prince2 qualification. 
  • Initiates action and exhibits a proactive stance in addressing problems and making decisions.
  • Demonstrates outstanding interpersonal skills, cultivating robust relationships, and communicating effectively with both colleagues and clients.
  • Approaches challenges fearlessly, thinking innovatively, and taking calculated risks to discover creative solutions.
  • Maintains a consistent track record of reliability and follow-through, consistently meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
