Support Technician - 3+ Years experience

Provide on-site and remote desktop support for corporate employees. Including hardware setup, desktop and some software application support. Must be customer service-oriented, possess critical thinking skills, and have proven efficiency in following processes.

Experienced with majority of the following:

* Active Directory/Azure

* MyApplications/Microsoft Experience

* MFA - Microsoft Authenticator - especially mobile

* Outlook on Mobile Devices

* Connectors - HDMI, DP, USB-C

* Surface Laptops - Dual monitors, docking stations

* C-Suite support
