Austin Fraser is working with a well established foreign exchange company that is looking for an Integration Developer to join their team and help with their API integration. The company offers currency exchange and money transfer tools and services, and they are recognised as the major provider of foreign exchange currency. The position is well suited for an individual with a background in Customer Relationship Management (Customer Success, Operations Coordinators) with Zendesk knowledge and strong programming skills (HTML, Javascript, Python).

The role:
- Lead the implementation of CRM operational projects, integrating or enhancing systems with APIs to leverage data.
- Understand the platform to leverage value.
- Manage and migrate communication channels from legacy platforms to create a more engaging customer journey.
- Be the main point of contact for product teams.
- Take initiative, bring new solutions and strategies to the table.
The candidate:
- Proven experience in a CRM production and operations role and ability to translate CRM requirements for tech teams.
- Experience with HTML, Javascript and Python.
- Experience working with APIs for data integration.
- Experience working with Zendesk or similar.
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of GDPR.
