Software Engineering Manager - Hybrid - up to £140,000

My client are a growing AI company based in London. It's an organisation providing a unique software product used by Law firms.

The client is looking for an Engineering Manager with 2+ years of experience to come onboard and lead a team of 6. You will be dealing with improving coaching and development plans for the team, establish strong relationships between different departments, creating strategic plans for the wider objectives of the business. You will be involved in stakeholder management, enhancing company culture, leading recruitment and reporting to the Head of Engineering.

The role is 2 days in the office per week.

Key requirements:

• Python
• Node / Golang
• Experience in SME space (Start-ups ideally)
• Energetic, highly-motivated and KPI driven person
