Engineering Manager - Up to £120,000 -Remote/Hybrid

Are you a well experienced Engineering Manager looking for an exciting new opportunity?

This leading online financial trading company is looking for an Engineering Manager to join their ever-growing company. With their mission of continuous growth and expansion, working to offer their services worldwide, they are looking for someone who can help them create an engineering powerhouse.

As the Engineering Manager you will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding experienced developers and engineers whilst working on multiple projects, inspiring the team to work faster and more efficiently and providing consistent coaching and direction.

This role will see you have a split of roughly 60% hands on and 40% management, so if you are someone who wants to remain hands-on with new and exciting technologies whilst having a say in hiring, coaching and future plans, this could be the role for you.
You will Need experience in the following areas and also have a background of 10+years in the software development field:

  • AWS
  • Terraform
  • Docker/Kubernetes
  • PostgreSQL
  • C++, Perl, PHP, Python
  • History of working with a variety different tech stacks throughout your career
