Are you an experienced Engineering Manager looking for an exciting new opportunity working with the latest technologies?

This business use cutting edge technologies including AI and ML to revolutionaise the legal sector and cut down any menial tasks and administrative tasks and they're looking for a new position of Engineering Manager to help them drive their new intiatives.

As the first Engineering Manager, you will get a chance to shape the direction of the team (6-8 engineers), and role as well as guide on technical and strategic direction. You'll also provide a structure and implement iniatives that will help set the engineers up for success.

What do they want to see from you?

• Experience as a backend engineer using either Python, Node, or Golang
• Experience as a leader or manager, leading groups of engineers (5-10)
• You are able to advise and strategise on architectural improvements to increase the security, stability, and scalability of infrastructure
