Overview

Austin Fraser Tech London are looking for a Contract Digital Project Manager to manage the roll out of a new mobile app.

You will be responsible for the project management and timely implementation of this new app. You will act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders through the project lifecycle, gathering requirements, communicating goals and design briefs effectively and ensuring successful delivery of projects.

This is a very hands-on role and although you will have input from sales, editorial, design, and tech, you will be responsible for managing stakeholders (clients, agencies, third party suppliers and more) independently, successfully and profitably.

Key responsibilities

Experience of technology-led projects in a digital or software development organisation

Experience with the development of large-scale iOS and Android apps and a good understanding of web development technologies, third-party applications and platforms, and DevOps

Experience working within an agile methodology

Documentation approach (project plans, business requirements, statements of works and budgets) to manage the project delivery

Clearly communicate the goals of the client

Expert at dealing with senior stakeholders internally and client-side

Used JIRA and Confluence

Knowledge and experience working with a highly regulated industry

Location

This is for a London based client, you will be able to work remotely within the UK and if you have an ability to join up with fellow team members once or twice a month, it would be beneficial to your application.

This is an initial 6 Month Contract position with a strong possibility of extension if you have the correct experience. For further details and to confirm rates/availability please submit a current CV.
