Customer Success Engineers (£25k to £30k)

About the Company:

An exciting start-up organisation that has developed leaning edge technology. This company has an incredible mission and aims to make code much simpler.

About you:

You will be working with customers on support requests, training and assisting them, making sure service level objectives based on severity levels are met. You will be contributing to community forums and work with the project coordinators and support solutions consultants on customer projects, as well as ensuring regular check-ins with customers and partners. You will escalate outstanding issues and make sure they are dealt with properly as well as extend the platform capabilities using Python/ C#/ TypeScript.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong written/ verbal communication
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple requests
  • Highly customer service oriented

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience working in a customer support role for software/ similar tech based business (Hugely beneficial)
  • Knowledge of Python/ C# development - this could just be an interest in programing at home
  • Degree in technical subject which includes some programming
